Madaket Holdings Inc. is a multi-family investment and operations company that focuses on Class A asset strategies in emerging markets throughout the United States. We strategize on fundamental and economically driven statistics to locate markets where we believe strong opportunity exists to provide not just desirable communities to live in, but economically viable investments. With 16 years of development, investment, and management experience, Madaket Holdings has the systems, teams, and professional network to properly evaluate, execute and operate its strategic purpose.
What We Do
Madaket Holdings focuses on both pre-stabilized new construction multifamily assets as well as light value-add assets built within the last 10 years. With our development background, Madaket Holdings does take an interest in development opportunities, however, due to today’s position in the economic cycle, our risk tolerance in development is selective.
The targeted assets we search for provide predictable cash flow and long-term capital appreciation. The assets are generally well located and in the path of progress. Light physical deferred maintenance, amenity upgrades, and operational inefficiencies are also of interest to our group, based on the market.
Madaket Holdings targets markets that are located in growth-oriented MSA’s located from the Mid-Atlantic through the Southwest.
